CentroMavens Corp. was founded in 2015 with a mission to build and sell boutique hotel units and rental apartments, and manage it to secure a desired passive income. CentroMavens means “center of experts” wherein, Centro means “center” and Mavens means “expert.” Four of real estate experts came up with an idea to create and build this business that aims to help others not only to earn but also to learn from real estate investing.

These four persons who have different expertise in real estate such as Randy Manaloto, Maves Angeles, Dra. Ruth Ang and Nica Masilang teamed up together to build this corporation. They met each other at the Wealth Summit of Bro. Bo Sanchez. They also seek help from Sir Larry Gamboa, the author of Think Rich Pinoy.

After her medical degree in UST, she jumped straight into Entrepreneurship by managing condo rental & dorm, their family's retail store and turning around distressed business to sell for a profit. She took up Master in Entrepreneurship in Ateneo Graduate School of Business and Venture into Entreprenuership in AIM.
